YES Foundation follows a differentiated approach focusing on stimulating employability and entrepreneurship and promoting environmental sustainability, to bridge gaps and act as a force multiplier towards an empowered and equitable India.

YES Foundation has played an important role in building social consciousness amongst youth of India through innovative use of media for social transformation. Having created a wide impact, there is a further opportunity to explore avenues for a deeper association. Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to the fore several social challenges and the need to adopt a systemic approach to address them.

In light of these developments, the Foundation has revisited its focus and is adopting a five-year strategy with an aim to inspire the youth of India to lead economic and social development by skilling themselves for market oriented jobs and by taking to enterprise.
